JOSEPH YERANT

Founder and CEO

Joseph’s career is marked by leadership roles where he steered organizations through growth and challenges. His tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer at a mid-market private equity portfolio company, from 2018 to 2023, saw him leading the company through a transformative phase, resulting in marked operational and financial improvements. He also served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at its parent company, which grew from $30M to $100M. 

In 2017, as the Vice President of Customer Success at a fintech start-up, now a unicorn, Joseph focused on the customer experience and operational scalability, creating an onboarding process and an offshore technical support team.

From 2014 to 2017 Joseph served as the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Senior Leadership Team at a mid-market private equity portfolio company where Joseph and team streamlined operations and integrated new technologies, contributing to the company's success and a notable business exit.
